Management

Justin, Kim - Chairman
He is a strategic business leader who has driven corporate growth across diverse industries for over 30 years, spanning manufacturing, financial restructuring, real estate development, and the AI data center sector. He has built deep expertise through large-scale asset development and corporate restructuring projects in Korea, and has served as Chairman of Woori Life Co., Ltd. As Chairman of KDV Holdings and KDV International, he has overseen the development of hyperscale AI data center clusters. Currently, he is leading a hyperscale mega AI data center project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, while focusing on the expansion of KDV’s global AI data center clusters and platform, strengthening strategic footholds connecting Korea and Southeast Asia.
Geon, Kim - Chief Operating Officer
He previously served as CEO of Woori Life Co., Ltd. in Korea, where he led the development of the Namyangju KDV hyperscale data center for approximately six years, accumulating extensive experience and know-how as well as deep expertise across overall management and operations. Building on the experience gained from the Namyangju KDV project, he currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and statutory representative of KDV Holdings Co., Ltd., laying the foundation for operations and sustainable growth in global data center development and construction.
Young Man, Hyun - Exeutive Vice President
With more than 20 years at the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, extensive expertise was developed in corporate credit analysis, company evaluation and assessment, financial product development, and comprehensive financial and management consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. Subsequently, senior leadership roles were held as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President across a diverse range of industries—including telecommunications and manufacturing, big data, luxury goods distribution, and content—overseeing corporate finance and enterprise-wide management strategy. Most recently, corporate valuation and investment operations were led as Head of the Investment Research Center. Currently, responsibility lies with finance and management strategy for KDV Holdings’ AI data center business.
Young Jin, Noh - Chief Technology Officer
With over 25 years of experience across the full lifecycle of data center design, construction, and operations in both domestic and international markets, deep expertise has been established in data center and power infrastructure. Large-scale projects have been successfully led through oversight of hyperscale and colocation data center development and operations at organizations including AWS, Actis, Blackstone-affiliated companies, and LG Uplus. Globally recognized technical certifications are held, including Uptime Institute ATD and U.S.-based Professional Engineer (PE), with industry leadership demonstrated in data center energy efficiency and technical standards. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of KDV Holdings, responsibility encompasses AI data center design, technology strategy, and infrastructure advancement.
Byung Il, Lee - Chief Information Officer
With a background in overseas R&D and manufacturing of power metering systems and related technologies, extensive experience has been built in leading large-scale projects across the power infrastructure and data center development sector, from planning through execution. A central role was played in the Namyangju KDV Data Center, overseeing industrial power supply development, substation and transmission infrastructure construction, as well as permitting processes and coordination with relevant authorities, thereby contributing to the development of critical power assets. Subsequently, overall responsibility was assumed for hyperscale data center development at KDV Holdings’ local subsidiary in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Currently, responsibility encompasses technology, power, and infrastructure strategy across KDV’s global AI data center business.
Jin Sung, Lee - Director
Expertise has been developed in planning and management, with a focus on corporate strategy formulation and the execution of overseas business initiatives. Across multiple projects, responsibilities have included serving as Project Leader and Project Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle from business planning through execution. At KDV, responsibility centers on project management and strategic planning.
James, Kang - Director of External Relations
Extensive experience has been built in coordinating and executing global projects, with a focus on external relations as well as funding and sales support across domestic and international markets. International cooperation and overseas networks have been established through service as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Vanuatu, along with roles as Coordinator for the Netto Oil Switzerland and Oil Hub Terminal projects. At KDV, responsibility lies in global partnership development and external relations.
Sung Gu, Jeon - Non-Executive Director
Based on professional experience at global companies including the UK-based Inchcape Korea, the U.S.-based GM Autoworld Korea, and SSCI, a German Porsche-affiliated company, strong expertise has been built in the field of external relations. Practical experience within multinational corporate environments and a well-established global network have supported strategic external partnerships and business linkages. At KDV, an advisory role in external relations is served as a Non-Executive Director.
Soo Hyun, Kim - Senior Team Leader
Extensive hands-on experience has been built in overseas business development as well as corporate planning and strategy, establishing strong expertise in planning and management. Global projects have been supported through responsibilities in overseas business operations and strategic planning at AZAsset Global, including projects in Kazakhstan. At KDV, responsibility encompasses strategic planning and the management of both domestic and international projects.

Bon Jin, Koo - Senior Executive Advisor
A highly regarded policy and finance expert, extensive experience and insight have been built through service as Vice Minister-level Assistant Minister for Fiscal Management at Korea’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, spanning both public finance and policy across the public and private sectors. Leadership roles have included serving as Chief Executive Officer of Truven Investment, Stonebridge Asset Management, and Plantec, overseeing investment, asset management, and overall corporate management. Currently serving as Chairman of Woori Life Co., Ltd., an advisory role is provided across KDV’s strategy, finance, and investment functions.
Pyoung Joong, Kim - Advisor
As Chairman of Dongwoo Electric Corp. leadership has been provided to a power equipment manufacturing company with annual revenues of approximately KRW 120 billion, contributing to the advancement of Korea’s power industry. Extensive manufacturing capabilities span a wide range of power equipment, including instrument transformers, current transformers, and insulators, alongside the supply of critical power facilities—such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear—to Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). At KDV, an advisory role is served in power infrastructure and power equipment strategy.
Andrew, Jang - Executive Advisor
Extensive experience has been built across global financial institutions, including First National City Bank of New York, Commerzbank Korea (Deputy Head of Office), Credit Suisse, Daewoo Securities, and Tokyo-Mitsubishi International (Hong Kong), establishing deep expertise in capital markets and global sales. International finance and investment operations have been led as Chief Executive Officer of Honua Investment Management, with a strong track record of executing diverse investment projects supported by a global financial network. At KDV, a permanent advisory role is served in capital raising and global financial and sales strategy.
Sang Il, An - Legal Council
A multidisciplinary legal professional with combined qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant, a Korean attorney, and a California (U.S.) attorney, extensive expertise has been built across real estate, finance, and M&A. More than a decade was spent at Kim & Chang, advising on core real estate and M&A transactions. Substantial advisory experience spans domestic and international data centers, logistics centers, power plants, large-scale real estate developments, structured finance and project finance (PF), as well as major M&A transactions. Currently serving as Managing Partner of LK Partners and as Legal Counsel to KDV, comprehensive legal support is provided across data center projects, financing and investment activities, and M&A transactions.
Kyoung Im, Min - Head of Legal & Financial Support
Extensive public- and private-sector experience has been built across the finance and legal fields, including service with the Investigation Bureau of Korea’s Financial Supervisory Service. Leadership roles have included serving as Chief Executive Officer of HQ Investment and the virtual asset exchange Banko, and currently as Head of the Real Estate Finance Division at Sunmyung Law Firm, with broad experience across real estate, finance, and project-related matters. At KDV, an advisory role is served in legal and financial risk management and overall investment structuring.
Seung Yoon, Lee - Technical Advisor
A power systems expert with extensive research and practical experience in power grid and distribution technologies, developed through service as Head of the Smart Distribution Research Center at Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO). Broad industry expertise has been built through roles as Resident Technical Advisor at LS Electric and Vice President of Dongwoo Electric, providing technical advisory services on power facilities alongside hands-on industrial experience. At KDV, a technical advisory role is served in power infrastructure design and technology strategy.
Yong Seop, Ji - Advisor
As Chief Executive Officer of CA Engineering Co., Ltd., leadership has been provided to a specialized manufacturing company in air-conditioning systems—including precision temperature and humidity control, dehumidification, and HVAC—as well as cleanrooms and medical gas systems (GMP-certified). As a technology-driven enterprise designated for excellent products by Korea’s Public Procurement Service and holding multiple patents, strong product competitiveness and extensive on-site industrial experience have been established. At KDV, technical advisory services are provided in HVAC and cleanroom systems, along with advisory support integrating architectural and design considerations.
Won Seon, Kim - Advisor
As Chief Executive Officer of Systronics Co., Ltd., leadership has been provided in the development and manufacturing of refrigeration and HVAC control systems, industrial monitors and sensors, and remote management solutions. Drawing on broad experience across manufacturing and technology-driven businesses, strategic advisory services have been delivered from an investment-oriented perspective, including business evaluation and growth strategy.
